I direct and produce commercial video, and I have been doing it for eight years. Concept, board, shoot, edit, grade, deliver. That part has not changed.

What changed is that a large share of the frames are generated rather than filmed. That only works if the person doing it already knows what a good frame looks like, why a lens choice matters, and how a cut holds attention for three seconds on a phone. Prompting is not the skill. Knowing what to ask for is.

At K-LOGIC I lead AI video and train editors to work this way. In parallel I take freelance work directly, for brands and agencies anywhere.
